Joe Romualdi
Joe Romualdi is the founder of Casa Pulita and the visionary behind ASAP, the Aging at Home Support and Advocacy Program. His work is rooted in compassion, trust, and a deep personal commitment to helping seniors live with dignity, safety, and independence in the place they love most: home.
After a long career in law enforcement, where he spent decades protecting others and advocating for vulnerable people, Joe carried that same calling into the next chapter of his life. What began as a business built on service and integrity grew into something even more meaningful: a mission to stand beside seniors and their families during some of life’s most important and vulnerable moments.
Joe is known for his warm heart, strong sense of responsibility, and genuine care for people. He understands that many seniors are not just looking for services, they are looking for reassurance, respect, connection, and someone they can trust. That understanding is at the center of everything he has built. Through Casa Pulita and ASAP, Joe has created support systems that are not only practical, but deeply human.
His advocacy for seniors comes from a place of sincerity and purpose. He believes older adults deserve to be heard, protected, and supported with compassion, not treated like a number or an afterthought. Whether he is helping families find trusted resources, building programs that promote safety and wellness, or simply making sure a senior feels seen and cared for, Joe leads with empathy and heart.
Under his leadership, Casa Pulita has become more than a cleaning and concierge company. It has become a trusted source of comfort, reliability, and community support. ASAP reflects Joe’s larger vision: a world where seniors can age at home with confidence, families can have peace of mind, and care is delivered with dignity, kindness, and respect.
For Joe, this work is personal. It is about giving back, protecting those who once cared for others, and making sure no senior feels forgotten. His mission is simple but powerful: to be a strong advocate, a trusted voice, and a compassionate presence for seniors who deserve the very best care and support.
