Casa Pulita Cleaning & Concierge came into existence due to our experience hosting Airbnb rentals and owning our own busy home with dogs and parrots.

We experienced the revolving door of house cleaners that many homeowners, just like yourself, have come to know and not appreciate. We noticed that every cleaning company fell short in at least one of these three critical aspects, and sometimes even in all three:

1. Reliability: 

The cleaners often canceled last-minute, failed to show up, or attempted to change the appointment. This caused significant inconvenience and problems, especially when guests were checking in that very day. 

2. Flexibility: 

Whenever we needed to alter the cleaning

schedule due to last-minute guests, the cleaners always showed resistance, or were simply unwilling to accommodate the adjustments.

3. Quality and Customer Service:

We quickly learned the lesson that "you get what you pay for". Cleaners would initially offer low quotes to secure the job, only to realize the extent of the work and then they would have to rush through it, resulting in a subpar cleaning.
